I think these coins are fake. There are only 1 oz silver coins from 2014, if I remember correctly. I don't think 5 oz silver has ever been made.

This coins are graded with TBCA. I can't find information about this coin grading company even in this database Third Party Coin Grading Services Images & Facts | CoinAuctionsHelp.

2 coin set in one listing. TBCA no. 571597855, 800619367
Seller: yangxueminkv, 272247726659

2 separate listing with the same TBCA no. above.
800619367 Seller: qiyongkangk,162075695090
571597855 Seller: yangxueminkv, 272247732212

This one have a mintage information for 5 oz silver dragon.

OK I get it now. Some seller can even just put a fake grading company? Or maybe I just failed to find website for that company.

Yes, I mentioned here just today that it is a new strategy to sell fakes, by putting them in holders that look like NGC holders: Re: MCC LIST #183, move from LBC and continuation here at the CC forum. I just checked one of them, and it looks like those sellers are in my list of fraudulent sellers that I filter out in my ebay search links.
